Workout Week 1, Day 1

We're off to a decent start!  Today was simply elliptical machine, and 90 minute hot yoga, and it really wasn't bad at all (it helped that it was Sunday, and I didn't have anything else to do!)

Hot yoga was actually a little difficult to get through, since my legs were shaking through a lot of it (apparently I didn't properly fuel my body... Either that or the elliptical REALLY took it out of me!).  But I did, and it was fine, and I'm excited to get better.  Plus, I only have to do it once a week, so even though it's not my fave thing, I can make it!

Unfortunately, I went to Jamba Juice after, and got a small smoothie AND oatmeal (it was on sale for $1 and is DELICIOUS, I couldn't resist!)  I suppose I over did it on sugar, but I was nowhere near enough calories for the day, so I ate dinner as well.  I know that since I worked out twice, I did need more food, but it still makes me feel really bad :(  I am REALLLLLLLLY hoping that this new plan gives me some visible progress, though.  Even though I've now lost 8 pounds, I can't tell at ALL.  Here's to hoping for some muscle definition, and some inches to melt away!
